Noted that the data-logger cover was hanging open. It didn’t appear that it had been tampered with.

Tasks:

Switched all fruit couplings and removed plastic tie straps. Replaced with rubber bands. The fruit didn’t appear to be damaged enough to warrant changing the thermocouple to another piece in all but one case.

Rubber cemented all fruit couplings.

Insulation was applied to all three data-loggers.
