1996-98 Crop Ecologist/Systems Modeler, IITA. Leader for development, distribution and implementation of decision support systems for ecologically sustainable and economically viable agrotechnology targeting.

1992-95  Head of Agroecological Studies Unit, IITA. 1994-95 Designed and managed French government funded institution and human resource development project in 14 countries. 1992-94 mobilized research organizations in eight-countries with Dutch government funding to form consortium for valley ecosystems development. 

1989-92 Agroclimatologist, IITA, Ibadan, Nigeria. Developed a network of data gathering stations and created georeferenced databases in collaboration  with local, regional and international agencies. Regional characterization of eighteen African countries was completed to initiate wetlands development project.

1988 Assistant in Agricultural Engineering, University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida – 
USAID Funded project for developing weather simulation models for studying trends in climate and future climate change.
