Comments:
Fiberglas Coating (p642): Chip off (with a putty knife) the peeling gel coat on the downstream flume transition. Paint with an appropriate coating (paint or roof sealer...consult with paint store). You may want to put silicone sealer under the loose edges of the existing gelcoat panel. It may also be helpful in some cases to screw down the gelcoat layer with silicone underneath prior to painting with new coating.
Fiberglass Layer (p643): Put silicone sealer under the loose edges of the existing gelcoat panel. It may also be helpful in some cases to screw down the gelcoat layer with silicone underneath. After drying, paint over the gelcoat layer with an appropriate paint or roof sealer.
Conduit Connections (p644): The conduit connections are not secure. Reattach these securely. Do not glue since cable replacement may be required later. If the connections will not hold without glue, try using a set screw into a pre-drilled hole.
Shelter Seals (p645): Weather stripping needs to be added to the encoder shelter lids. The underside of the boxes should also be sealed using canned spray insulation foam...if needed.
Well Leak (p646): The stilling well was dry suggesting tht there is a water leak out the bottom. Pouring some roof sealer into the bottom should solve this problem.
