The bottle number issue is fixed but the fields where data is
saved... has been change. For example, the value for the
Up Offset is reading zero. The actual value for the Up Offset
is listed in the Dn encoder location. The Dn encoder value is
totally missing but the tail is still reading an appropriate value.
This needs some review. Maybe this all happened during
program modification dealing with the -9999 bottle number
values because these problems occurred at the same time the
bottle number issue was corrected.
